In 2007, Harrods approached Black Salt to undertake a number of projects on behalf of its retail and leisure operations. Our brief was to develop some of the Harrods brands, originate and implement a number of strategic marketing campaigns, and to generate and enhance new and existing fresh revenue streams.
Over the past four years, Black Salt has worked on many initiatives developed Brand Guidelines, innovative CRM programmes and sales strategies on behalf of this globally recognised premium retailer. In addition, Black Salt has designed and built a number of consumer-facing websites for Harrods, along with producing a wealth of highly successful offline collateral.
