Regan & Dean is a prestigious, media specialist recruitment consultancy based in Old Bond Street. The initial brief, back in 2006, was to originate a new and fresh brand identity for Regan & Dean that engaged with clients and candidates alike. Once this process was complete, Black Salt was subsequently retained to produce all communications material and develop a bespoke 12-month sales and marketing process for the entire company to participate within. The specific brief was to develop a new business program for ‘people who don’t like selling’.
A highly successful 20-page brochure was created that highlighted the specialisms and strengths of the business in a distinctive and compelling way. A unique contact and sales strategy was then implemented within the entire organisation that encompassed elements of Direct Mail, bespoke lead generation, PR and distilled presentation material. Black Salt also produced a two-channel approach to the company newsletter, developing distinct content specifically for client (HR) and candidates to engage with. To date, Black Salt has produced over 50 news and features articles relating to all parts of the recruitment industry.
The work on the brand identity, and its subsequent marketing incarnations, created an entirely new perception of the business and how it operates, that was well received by clients and candidates alike. The bespoke sales process, and the marketing materials that accompanied it, allowed the company to shift its entire culture into one where business development was willingly integrated into the daily process of each member of staff. The combination of identity and strategic process allowed Regan & Dean to significantly grow their client base and accumulate more work from existing clients.
